^{As an organization, the purpose of Liza's Legacy Foundation has always been to find ways to assist survivors of abuse and to help eradicate it in the future through education.  Liza's Legacy Foundation was inspired by Liza Warner's tragedy.  As we began to grow, as is often the case with newly formed organizations, there have been changes in direction and growing pains along the way.  But know that Liza's Legacy Foundation has and will always remain firm in its commitment to bettering the future of families in our community through increased awareness, education and service connections for persons in need.}
